1.     How can I place an order?

-         Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive notification over email or text message for your tracking details from saloleo. Order details can be also viewed at Profile->My orders, if you placed your order thought your login id. 

 3.     Do you take order over phone?

 4.     Can I pay using my debit/Credit cards?

-         Yes, we accept all major debit/Credit cards.

 5.      Are my credit card number / bank account number secure?

 6.     Can I cancel my order?

-If you wish to cancel your order, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

10.Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax on receiving products?

-Yes there may be Import Duty / GST / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. Since these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, Government may charge you there on receiving goods.

12. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

     - We take 4-5 business days (for Indian orders) & 10-15 business days (for International orders) for processing of your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.
